With over 8 years in social media, I’ve seen how the industry evolved from simple posts to today’s mix of Reels, TikToks, and storytelling. Alongside running Social Supply, I’m Brand Director at Group Social, a platform connecting creators and brands worldwide.
I started Social Supply to give businesses a flexible, personal approach. Some clients just need fresh content, others want full management — every brand is unique.
Outside of work, I love fitness, walking in the Peak District, and music. I’m also a proud mum of two — so I understand the juggle of running a business while trying to do it all.

1. Do you have set prices or packages
No — every brand is different. I create a tailored proposal based on your needs, goals, and budget. Once we chat, I’ll send you a personalised plan.
2. How soon can we start?
I usually begin new projects within 2–4 weeks. This gives us time to align on your goals and set everything up for a smooth start.
3. What platforms do you manage?
I specialise in Instagram, but can also support TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn if needed.
4. Do I need to provide content, or do you create it?
5. What will I need to do each month?
Not much. Usually just approve the content calendar (or skip approval if you prefer), provide short video clips if needed, and join a quick monthly check-in.
6. How do I know if it’s working?
You’ll see progress through key metrics like engagement, reach, and growth. For management clients, I also provide monthly reports. It’s worth noting that social media is an organic process — real impact usually builds over a few months.
7. Can I just get a strategy without management?
Yes! My Social Strategy & Guidance service gives you a one-off audit and roadmap to follow yourself (or with your team).
I create custom visuals and captions for your brand. Depending on your business, you may need to share product photos or film short video clips for reels — but I’ll guide you with scripts and instructions to keep it simple.
